Then I get a call from customer service from them sayin how was the technician and such I didn’t hear what company it was from at the beginning and I gave them good review bc I thought it was DirectTV but no blueridge doesn’t deserve that good review bc no one came out to talk to us or anything. I give them little to no stars.
