You can charge customers every month, but you can’t hire professional employees to answer phone calls and actually help people when there is a problem with your internet service. Leaving customers waiting on the phone for two hours is completely unacceptable. This level of service is extremely disappointing. Honestly, this is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. 👎

But these new boxes are the worst idea ever...every time I turn on the TV, I have to hit escape like 2 or 3 times before it actually loads. And their customer service and billing are absolutely awful. F- on that. Every month my bill is a different amount (differences can be anywhere from $20 to $50) and all I get are repeated scripted answers. It's literally like they have a dartboard they use to determine your monthly bill, lol! I can't wait until Comcast comes to this area (I looked it up and it's next year for my address)
