  После провального опыта в другом магазине, я пришел сюда и удивился на сколько хороший может быть сервис, мне повезло с консультантом это был Sean, он решил для меня все мои задачи, и так же разобрал проблемы, которые сделал другой сотрудник, я очень ему благодарен это отличный человек, я остался очень доволен подключением и оказаным сервисом

  I had a great experience at this location. I walked in with no appointment and was immediately greeted and checked in. Even though there were 5 people ahead of me, I was helped within 15 minutes of checking in. Dustin helped me set up a new phone and switch from my parents account to my own. When I said I was worried about the cost of the original plan he presented me, he found a way to get 20 dollars off. He helped set up my phone and ensured that everything was working correctly and that I had access to all of the perks associated with my plan before sending me on my way. Dustin was kind and honest and I truly felt like he gave me the best deal he could. These folks deserve Christmas bonuses for all of their hard work and patience.

  Wanted to shout out some of the employees that helped me with my phone Tuesday November 4th, I’m a college student first time away from home so it was nice to have friendly and easy service to get a trade in on my broken phone. The guy who greeted me first for check in was very nice and helpful told me what we’d do after I waited don’t remember his name though. Andrew ended up helping me and was very helpful and wanted to make sure I got the best plan and was saving money. I really appreciate you guys making my day a little easier and I love my new phone. Hope you two get good christmas bonuses.

  Went in there to talk about my bill. There were a few people ahead of me. No problem. They start to check me in and tell me it will be a few HOURS before they can help me. I walked out.

  Awful. I signed my business up and was told the contract was month to month and no cancellation fee. I canceled and they charged me $300. Tried to get a hold of someone for hours on the phone. Had to pay them because they sent me a collections notice after 2 months of trying to resolve it. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Stay away.
