The guy who greeted me first for check in was very nice and helpful told me what we’d do after I waited don’t remember his name though. Andrew ended up helping me and was very helpful and wanted to make sure I got the best plan and was saving money. I really appreciate you guys making my day a little easier and I love my new phone. Hope you two get good christmas bonuses.

Tried to get a hold of someone for hours on the phone. Had to pay them because they sent me a collections notice after 2 months of trying to resolve it. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Stay away.
