I called the cox number in Dallas that was on the letter and was assured my account from two years ago was clear and no balance was on it. This cox store in Yukon Oklahoma was friendly and verified I had no balance. They gave me a local number to call, but by the time I got home my service was restored. I'm an oldtimer and have had cox off and on since the 70's when that was all that was available. I always had issues with cox service. Trying to talk to a human when you call is impossible, all you get is A. I. run around. Again this store was great.

I am old and all of the changing confuses me but Emalee was so patient and kind that I did not mind being there. She saved me money with the change and I am so grateful. If you are elderly and need help with Cox, she is the one to ask for. Thank you Emalee.
