  Horrible WiFi business service. Could not get reliable, consistent service in order to operate my small business where we only check out a handful of people per day. Service could not even support playing music throughout the day and we are a spa where this is a basic necessity. My employees were complaining and checkout was always a nightmare. I had to call them constantly and spent countless hours on calls that never led to any improvement. I finally gave up and switched to Frontier which has worked perfectly since. Customer service is atrocious both via phone and in person. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  Ramon has don’t nothing but help me out since every other Verizon in tulsa has been weird and not actually helping with anything. I just needed my final bill showing what I owed left on my devices and why no other Verizon store would do that for me blows my mind!! He knew exactly what I needed and made sure to tell me if I ever wanted to return to Verizon that he would help me do that. Thank you so much Ramon! When I first switched to Verizon you helped me find out how the manager from the 71st and memorial store just lied to me to make the sale and then I never saw him again. Ramon you are a legend and great salesmen. Seriously thank you for letting me leave Verizon on a positive note!! When AT&T starts gouging my bill I will be coming to see you!

  I have been to this location several times. I’ve been alone, I’ve been with my family, every experience has been absolutely no different and it’s been terrible. This time as I was trying to upgrade my phone I was greeted by a tall blonde man who never gave us his name and told us to order online as it would be quicker than a 20 minute wait(an hour before closing). He didn’t answer a single question of ours. As obviously we took time out of our day to come INTO the store if we had wanted to finish our order online we would have. My toddler eventually got fussy and I got tired of the lack of customer support and we left. This location should definitely brush up on customer care training or just hire employees who can communicate better. Thankfully there’s so many other locations who can treat people like human beings and we’ll start going there from now on.
