- RRRobJan 21, 20261.0This location at Cox – 4965 Peoria Ave, Tulsa is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I went in with simple questions about the setup process, and instead of being helpful or compassionate, the employee I dealt with belittled me and talked down to me. Rather than just answering my questions, he repeatedly avoided giving a clear response and made comments like “you’re making this harder than it needs to be,” which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I wasn’t being difficult — I was genuinely trying to understand. All he had to do was explain it clearly. Instead, he chose to be sarcastic and make me feel stupid for asking questions. That’s not how customers should ever be treated. The employee was a blond, curly-haired young man, and based on his attitude, he clearly did not want to be there or help anyone. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless Cox addresses the serious lack of professionalism and customer care here.
