    Very bad experience with maybe a manager. He had my phone for 2 hours. And we left with nothing but a phone with no set up, so we had to go back so he could setup up. I hsve nonideaxegat gexwas doing eith my phone for 2 hours. He was NOT friendly abd I called corporate about tge experience. Unfortunately we have a 2 year contract or we would have left!! He was not pleasant to deal with. Never really even spoke. ON STAR to us

    The worse service ever. I pay my bill faithfully monthly and want to enjoy my service on weekends and it’s always down.VERY Frustrating🤬

    Customer Service was great you know every couple years you gotta go in and try to fight for that lower price cable bundle and they always seem to come through. Save me 75 bucks for an hour and a half visit not bad.

    I had a bit of trouble in the past & especially today being transfered or put on hold for a long time, finally talked to someone who had me call this location at 51st. I have to say ( the Manager) Neely is very helpful. Listened to me/ explained what it all was and gave me a very good experience over the phone. Thank you for your help today.!
