I've done the online chat support several times, each time requesting live agents. I've been told 7 different prices. Yesterday, I got my bill down to $262. Received an email this morning with a confirmation of $296. I was charged $324 today. The chat rep told me today it was now $241. When I asked why I was billed $84 more today when I confirmed yesterday and they said it wasnt ever a "completed order", although I received a confirmation email of a different amount. Then they asked if they could proceed to complete the order and I said yes. Then they said it was misinformation and now its not $241, its $262. Then when I questioned yet again, it said the chat had been transferred yet again to a different agent and I'm also on hold yet again on the phone with Cox for the 6th time for 30 min. Youtube TV is $72 and Im being billed $177 for basic cable. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced! BE WARNED
