I decided to cancel and tried to use the live chat because I thought it would be faster than calling. The customer service agent argued with me for half an hour despite me repeatedly telling him I did not want to lower my monthly bill, I only wanted to cancel my service. I then had to call customer service to get the cancellation completed because the chat agent would not do as I asked! That’s over 30 minutes of being ignored and argued with that I will never get back. I will never use cox again if I can help it!
