- DMDestiny Mcleod6 days ago1.0I am the manager of an RV Park. Vyve has terrible customer service and will do whatever they can to try to manipulate situations for you to owe more money. I have on camera their employee coming inside my office with vyve uniform on and he removes all the equipment out of my office, and from the telephone poles around my RV Park. They are now trying to stick nearly a $3000 bill on me for something that is absolutely unnecessary. I have had issues with this company from day one. Terrible customer service by far, to say the least! When trying to resolve this issue they now want to ask for a receipt in which no one notified me of that during my previous phone call with them when they told me we would be responsible for paying for equipment if not returned. However I had to point out that I have no equipment to climb up on 30ft poles and remove what all 16 of their devices. They let me know that would definitely not seem logical so that they would just come out to remove them. When they did, and I have all proof of phone calls being recorded, as well as office cam footage, and body cam footage. I highly do not recommend this company unless you want to be screwed over and left with bills that are not accurate.
