I hate this service of vyve broadband, there's always a problem with your service, every person that comes out says something different, every person you talk to on the phone when you call says something different, I have always been on auto pay since I've been with vyve, and you really have to keep an eye on your bill, it's always different every other month or so and it shouldn't be, there is always an outage weekly it seems here lately, Now I will say that some of the technician's that have been out have really been so nice and so sweet and have actually found where whoever vyve sent out before did something incorrect, did not tell me that, I heard him talking to I'm guessing a supervisor? He hooked me up with what I was supposed to of had in the first place, the equipment did not last long, here we go again.... I am looking for another Internet/ Wi-Fi service as we speak, as of 2-6-26 another problem TV went off, called vyve, told them that this is getting ridiculous, this is the 3rd time this week, lady said didn't show outage in my area, showed I'm off line, next available is tomorrow between 10 and 12, I blew my lid... mine you I called at 11 Friday morning and I don't leave my house for personal reasons and work from home and they can't get to me until the next day? Seriously???? 4pm my neighbor's TV goes off, she has vyve, she called, there's outage, so lady I talked to earlier in the day?????? Pissed, frustrated, SWITCHING, and furthermore I set up my vyve broadband with my checking account number and routing number and I'm still arguing with a non speaking English person that is rude as you know what and keeps arguing with saying it's still on auto pay but the reason why it's different price every month is because you use a card, HELL no I don't, ALL my bill are set up on auto pay and have been for years.i want to find out the owners name....
