When I had problems, I made a service appt and the day of; my tech Derik came and checked all over. When he got to the main box he found the reason I was having problems, he didn't stop after he tested my equipment saying oh its good nothing is wrong. He went above and beyond and he found my problems so this is why I gave my 5 stars. I've been happy with my internet! Again, thanks vyve at first I was skeptical about this internet but since I've had it; I've been pretty happy!

They are AMAZING, their rates are very competitive with the larger companies that service much bigger cities. Excellent customer service whenever I call and the couple of times that I had to have a company technician come to my home (only twice in 8 years) they have been cheerful, kind, considerate and went above and beyond to fix the issue properly and give me all my options for better and optimal service. - CKCallum KerrDec 23, 20251.0My only regret is that I didn’t switch to Starlink sooner. If you have a property anywhere in rural Oklahoma make the switch. It’s much better and easier to get support. I’ve had issues with my Vyve broadband at Grand Lake for almost a year and have required no fewer than a dozen service calls. The final straw was that they strung a new cable to the wrong side of my house and the technician had to place it above ground to the other side of the house on top of my front entrance sidewalk. They scheduled multiple dig crews to fix the mistake but they instead just cancelled the work order several times. Customer service is limited at best and we will also be cancelling several of our business accounts. We also have a half dozen neighbors in our community that’s expressed frustration with Vyve as well and after this episode with Vyve, I think I’m going go install my neighbors Starlink for them just to show everyone how much easier it is to install yourself and how much better the service is. We requested a refund and once again they stiffed us. It seems Vyve has put all their resources into collecting money from their auto-pay capabilities so that seems to work well lol
