- CMConnie Musgrave2 days ago5.0Kristen is incredible. She got my internet fixed in no time. She went to my FIL’s the next day and changed out his modem in no time. She was so helpful and informative. Now,,,,,, the guy who works the desk in the office is a different story. He was very rude to my Mom and another time to my dad. I’m not sure if he has something against all older people, or just my parents. But that can’t be it, because he was flippant and rude to me as well. It’s really sad how one miserable employee can make others feel the same way. The guy who works the desk has almost made us go somewhere else, but we have been with “Vyve” for over 30 years. I do wish they had 2 people working the desk so we wouldn’t have to be thrown an attitude when we just want to go in and pay. But,,,, Kristen is the exact opposite of him. She wants to help anyway she can. She taught me things to do on my EERO app, that makes it fun.
