    I was without Internet for 4 weeks I continued to pay my bill while they told me and everyone on my block we had Internet I went with T mobile and it is fast reliable and a fraction of the cost. Fast forward 5 months later and I'm doing a random credit check and find out they left a daroogroury mark on my credit for 91 dollars that I am happy to part but I never got a bill they just turned me into collections brought my score down from an 850 to an 845 I will be paying them next week. I don't believe in bashing a biz on line but the fact that they turned me into collections after six weeks of pure Internet hell without even sending an email a letter or a text tells me that people need to know just how sorry they will be for choosing vyve the fastest disappearing Internet in the world

    Tyrese who is part of the loyalty team is amazing and very helpful! I also went to the Skiatook location today and although they were closed, the technicians took care of me and gave me what I needed while I was on the phone with Tyrese. They all worked together to help me as best as possible. I truly appreciate everyone’s help today in getting me what I needed!

    Edit: I emailed the information requested. Received a response that the maintenance technician would be out on 11/12 and my case would be escalated. No technician showed up. I again called customer service and was told I had a work order but no case for escalation. Rep said she sent a request for a case escalation. The automated system still says a technician will be out today 11/13 but I doubt anyone will be out Had disruption with wifi yesterday evening. I called and they scheduled a technician to come out today. The technician was here early. Replaced the modem but there was a problem with the connection at the pole. Was told they would be out in a couple of hours to fix the problem. 10 hours later no technician. Called to find out what was going on. Customer service rep laughed while talking to a coworker that I actually believed they'd be out. Then when I said I found no humor in the problem he said I thought I muted my phone. Then proceeded to tell me it would take up to 7 days. Then asked me to leave a good review on the survey at the end of the call. I hung up. I have children in online school. How do they think it's possible to do their school work with no wifi? Seriously I understand problems happen but being told it would be fixed thalen laughed at is beyond bull crap!
