- SBStanly BaezJan 20, 20261.0I am not sure how this company is operating. Long story short I moved in into an apartment where they have basic internet and unfortunately they have this company. I called to upgrade to a higher speed because of online gaming,remote working etc..all of the sudden after I upgraded, my internet went out. I called them and they stated it’s because of the old modem it’s not compatible with the upgrade but I don’t get the new modem until the next day. So now I have no internet until this new modem gets delivered. They couldn’t even let me connect to the old internet speed with the old modem in the meantime until the new one arrives. Also untop of that one, one of the sales rep stated I got delivered the wrong modem they sent the pw7 when it should be pw8 so now I have to return that new modem because it won’t work with the speed I got. RIDICULOUS so now Im going to miss couple days of work because of this.
