We wanted to pay for our new phones up front & the sales associate calculated the amount after our trade ins & told us how much it would be to pay for the phones upfront. We paid over $500 that day & were led to believe that our upgraded devices were paid in full. Then after receiving my bill, I find that we did not pay for our phones and they are charging us monthly for them because what we paid were multiple exorbitant fees and taxes that we were not told about. Also we told him we didn’t want an additional line for the Apple Watch but were given one. Read your receipt very carefully before signing anything.
