My son’s phone got broke and paid the $100 to get a new one as well as the $10 a month for coverage. After his new phone came in I found a much much better deal at T Mobile and went to switch but they have his phone locked and said it’s company policy and I have to wait 90 days before they will unlock it to switch services. That’s Bullshit! I joined their service with MY PAID FOR PHONE AND PAID THE $10 insurance and the $100 fee!!! I had always used Cox service but will never again in my life. I’ll pay double to someone else before these crooks get another penny out of me!!!!!
