- KMKirsten MillerAug 13, 20245.0For about 7 months I’ve dealt with an issue with Verizon trying to return a HomeKit after numerous calls and time wasted with no results I was at my wits end I had no other choice but to go to Verizon store for assistance when I was told I couldn’t by customer service reps on the phones! When I arrived things seemed to be the same outcome then an angel by the name of Jennifer was relentless and did not give up on helping she figured out how to take my HomeKit back which no over the phone reps could help she went above and beyond for me so after dealing with that for 4 hrs the manager DeAndra helped wave some fee that they tried to make me pay due to their mess up! I’ve finally got a 7 month long issue resolved with the help of these two ladies, customer service at its finest. These ladies deserve more than 5 stars thank you Jennifer and DeAndra.
