Customer service is a 50/50 shot you might get some of the right information, you have to keep calling and arguing about the refund they owe you, they had the wrong security answer for my security question and would never let me change it, they had a totally off email for me. There was so much confusion and chaos at the store...all the customers there were unhappy. This is not just this store, it is Cox as whole. Go somewhere else and get much better service for much less!

We were extremely happy with the assistance he provided and he was able to solve our problem when the store in Edmond failed to do so. If their were more than 5 stars, he'd be getting all of them!

Only get this service if you want it to go down every other weekend and not be able to enjoy your weekend streaming/gaming whatever it may be. The price is ridiculous compared to AT&T especially compared to the service you get. We would have AT&T if our area had it available, I had no issue with them EVER and was paying less. I wouldn’t recommend cox wifi to my worst enemy.
