    After spending hours with customer service of the phone manufacturer about my problem with voicemail, I decided to visit the local Cox store in hopes of solving my problem. Kyler who originally sold me my phone and Internet service was there and had it figured out in minutes. He informed me that Cox was soon to be in all states and that he was being transferred to Nebraska where he has family. He will be missed by me my cell phone genius. Many thanks, Cox!!!

    This place has the best staff, these guys are professionals, they don't let anyone open the door coming in or going out, they make sure they got it for you. I really wish I remembered the guys name who helped my mother set up service, he made sure she left with no questions left unanswered. She was totally satisfied with the the whole experience!

    Been with Cox for a really long time. Here years later service has been really not good as of late. My service had been messing up.I call and they always say it’s not them. My service had been going in and out freezing and not able to use WiFi and they sent someone out and tech said it was their products. Mind you, you are renting the products because they don’t let you buy them and so for the length of the service you have paid for the products many times over. So I call to see if they were taking something off the bill I was told it wasn’t anything wrong with the service when I have spent days with none working service and the person tells me there is nothing they can do.

    I love my service with cox, I just went in for my 2nd phone plan and somehow had a few problems with my old account, and Bee literally jumped through hoops to get it figured out and got me set up, I really do appreciate the service and hospitality These people have the best customer care whenever I go to cox it never just feels like a transaction they embrace you like family thank you so much Bee and cox

    Got a new house. Tried to transfer service to my apartment. Took a day off work. Had plumbers had the house, 3 cars are there. Waited 3 hours by the door for Cox. Claimed they would call me when they're on their way. Never got a call. I called Cox and they told me he's running late. 1 hour after he was supposed to be there I get a text saying we missed you. He never showed up. Never knocked. Don't know if he just lied or went to the wrong house. Called and complained. Said someone will be there ASAP. Guy called me said he will try to get there today. Told me he would be happy to since they are paid per job. I told him it's a brand new house and nothing is set up, then he ghosted me. I guess he didn't want to do something that would take long. Next scheduled service was 3 days later. 16 phone calls to Cox in 24 hours, and took me 27 minutes with an agent to cancel it all. The customer service is truly horrific and full of incompetence. I should have known better, everyone online seems to have the same experience. I will try another company for internet
