Jacob did a good job installing, but I had to have the device re-installed in another location in my 1,800 square foot home because he the router would not reach the rooms in which we mostly use internet. I recommended he discuss this with future customers. I understand my sales person paid $100 for the re-install and this should not have been assessed him or me.
