When they called to set up a time to install the lady was very friendly. When they came out to install everything they were very friendly and knowledgeable and professional. It was great from day one the whole process. I highly recommend them !!

They tell you they fixed it on the phone (1 hour long conversation) then it goes out again within the hour. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GET ANYONE BUT NEXTLINK
