When I got there, I got told that the promo was misleading and not accurate. He looked in to see if there were any other promos for me. He said that I could get Cox lite with 2 GB for $5 less a month and that everything would stay the same. That there wasn’t any catch outside of agreeing to a 2 year contract to lock in the price. I had communicated with him that my wife works from home and that we need unlimited internet. What he didn’t tell me until I noticed it on the app a couple of days later is that it’s not unlimited. I’ve called the store numerous times over the past week trying to speak to the guy that helped me because he said to reach out if I wasn’t happy and he’d get it switched back. I’ve been told multiple times that he’s busy and will call me back, yet he never does. I’m not happy about this because we need unlimited internet and I was lied to, yet he won’t call me back. On my first day off since then I was going to go up there, but apparently they’re closed at 2:30 on a Sunday….

He called me hours after the appointment was supposed to be over and said oh my bad I’m on the way, but I wasn’t even home at that point. I’m still without Wi-Fi to this day and I don’t believe I’m ever going to buy from Cox again I don’t even have to believe it. I’m not going to buy from Cox again. They called me without warning saying they were either gonna need to shut off my service or move it in the middle of my workday and I was able to figure out we could just transfer it. Unfortunately, I had to be transferred to a manager to figure that out, but they promised there will be no problems everything it’s figured out and the next day my Wi-Fi just stops working the store doesn’t know what’s wrong and I have to get a technician all in the span of two days
