- CPChris Poplawski1 day ago1.0Garbage, absolute garbage of a service. DVR service is aupposed to allow for rewind and pause, which doesn’t ever work. You pause it and it glitches and goes to live and will not start from where you paused it. Even if it is within one hour. Embarrassing that it is not capable to uphold what they say they can do. Fix your problems and take care of your customers for the price you charge.

- CWChristopher WaiteMar 3, 20261.0One day you will cancel Cox because of the constant outages and terrible customer service….. expect this: Whenever you want to cancel you have to call and get transferred to the “retention department.” From there, plan to be on hold for over an hour. Once you finally talk to someone, YOU have to convince them to cancel service. I would rather go without internet than have Cox again.
