- CWC WFeb 11, 20261.0Horrible service even with Fiber Internet. Terrible customer service. Too expensive for zero reliability and nonstop outages not weather related. Would not recommend this to anyone.
- DSDaniel SuiFeb 11, 20261.0*This is not towards Store Employees, This is towards Your Service Line. Ever Since I had to get Cox Internet. I've had more issues and problems. It's Fairly Easy to sign up with them. But a pain to get help, have Quality Customer Service, and Professonalism with the Technical Support. This goes for both Internet and Cox Mobile which I very much regret signing up for. Today is another Pain. Calling the Tech line and being put on hold for 15mins to get Hung up on. Thanks Mae and 2nd person did not give there name. . Mae was extremely rude, kept cutting me off and repeating herself when I'm trying to confirm. Puts me on hold then 15mins later hangs up on me. 2nd person sounded like they threw their phone in the Garbage Disposal so I did not get a name. 2nd Person still could not resolve my issue. Wasted about an Hour total with no Resolution. Your Company needs to Train Employees on Phone Etiquette and Professionalism. So when the next Opportunity arises I'm going to switch off Cox Mobile and go to a Provider that Cares and Values there Clients. Tells you something if I have to waste more time writing this Review. -5/5 Stars. Do not sign up for Cox

I was frustrated , but the workers (especially Graham I think was his name) were patient and professional. They helped me through the process, and even found a way to save me money each month. I came in a bad mood and left in a good mood, thanks to their patience!!!
