- ZBZach BrownNov 1, 20255.0I walked in the store not sure of what to expect and probably wearing my confusion on my face. My reason for being there was to drop off my old router and escape with out being persuaded to buy anything else. I was met with warm, professional, kindness that was comforting and disarming. So after a few minutes of regular conversation I found myself discussing a few issues I have been having. Ultimately I left with a MUCH better understanding of my equipment and some helpful tips, that did work! Greyson was the main associate I hung out with but before I left I got to meet Jennifer and another gentleman that I can only assume is the store manager. All of which where super awesome and great at listening for ways to assist without being "salesy."

- KSKierstin StapletonSep 25, 20251.0If cox didn't have a monopoly on service in Tulsa/BA I would never use their service. They are the worst. Unhelpful, rude, and their prices are ridiculous. Having to change or do anything with them is miserable. They also cannot keep themselves straight internally, every person you talk to will provide you a different answer to your question - no matter what you're calling about. Even if you are calling about something that benefits them - like an upgrade, they will give you the run around. It's a nightmare. The second there is an alternative to Cox I will jumping ship expeditiously.
