I was frustrated , but the workers (especially Graham I think was his name) were patient and professional. They helped me through the process, and even found a way to save me money each month. I came in a bad mood and left in a good mood, thanks to their patience!!!

My reason for being there was to drop off my old router and escape with out being persuaded to buy anything else. I was met with warm, professional, kindness that was comforting and disarming. So after a few minutes of regular conversation I found myself discussing a few issues I have been having. Ultimately I left with a MUCH better understanding of my equipment and some helpful tips, that did work! Greyson was the main associate I hung out with but before I left I got to meet Jennifer and another gentleman that I can only assume is the store manager. All of which where super awesome and great at listening for ways to assist without being "salesy."
