  Pat and his team at Blackbird Digital did an excellent job with our website, which is a big task, as public library websites are quite large. We appreciated their team-forward approach and communication, as well as their prioritizing website accessibility. They built us an appealing, easy-to-use website that is easy to maintain. Yet, if we run into any issues that we can't solve, which is rare, Pat and his team resolve them quickly as part of our Maintenance plan. By the end of our time working on building our site, the entire Blackbird team felt like old friends. We will definitely continue working with Blackbird in the future.
