Usually for 1 to 2 hours. Then they lower it back to the 219.00 (which was still higher the the 177.00 from 6 months ago) and tell me I'm locked in for 2 years. And a month later they raise it again to 250.00. This has been almost a monthly occurrence for the past 3 years . ... on October 6 at 2pm 2025 I had enough. I called to cancel my service. They kept me on the phone for 3 hours and REFUSED TO LET ME CANCEL. YES ACTUALLY REFUSED TO LET ME CANCEL. They said my bill would go back to 219.00 and would be locked in till October 2027. This months bill. 250.00 again. This for low end internet and BASIC cable. As a P&T DISABLED VETERAN, I find their fraud inexcusable. Avoid this company or fall prey to this same tactic myself and every other reviewer here has warned ⚠️ you off. Zero stars. . They should be fined for the fraudulent practices and promises
