- DLDavid LyonApr 22, 20261.0My wife went here to return our modem/router after cancelling services due to intermittent connectivity issues and AT&T offering a better price for Fiber Optics. They were rude and told her to let AT&T know that they can "eat rocks" this is very unprofessional and unbecoming. Needless to say we do not plan on being Cox customers again.

I understand that they did not want to offer a competitive price vs ATT fiber, that's fine. What is not fine is the CRIMINAL amount of time they kept me on chat to cancel my service. Thuggery. Listen up, Cox. You can't just bully people into staying by politely offering terrible deals for over an hour. Be professional.

- DRDrew ReinerMar 11, 20261.0I have been a loyal Cox customer for many years. A months ago I lost and replaced the credit card that I used to auto pay Cox. I did not know that this card was attached to the auto payment and unexpectedly received a $25 returned payment fee. I asked if they would waive the fee prior to me giving them my new credit card number, and they would not waive the $25 fee. I am now with AT&T, and hopefully their customer service is a little more forgiving. Not to mention, I had a good deal with Cox at $60 a month for Internet and now it’s only $35 with AT&T. I went from 500 MB to 1000 MB and cable to fiber. Rather than complaining, I should be thanking them for charging me the $25 fee for the long-term savings I’ll be getting.
