- NLNickolas LauerAug 11, 20251.0Not the store but Verizon in general is garbage and the representatives on the phone even tell you this when you have one of the many problems they have and totally disregard out of blind greed. Everything from tower upgrades and maintenance to customer service has been sorely neglected. I recommend tmobile (who has the quality and service that verizon used to own solely) or consumer cellular for seniors. If you choose Verizon chances are they will NOT hear you now.
