Mt phone screen malfunctioned Friday evening and I went to the store before 9:00am to get a jump on the day. The store Did NOT open at 9:00am. An employee was parked in the lot and let myself and another customer that the opening person was running late. When the opening person showed up, he walked by us like we had done something wrong and didn't say a word even though he was greeted pleasantly. Then the employee that was there didn't go in with the opener, no conversation with the opener either. This guy was sooo rude, he came back out to put out a sign, I held the door for him. He says, "the stores not open yet, let the door close" I left instead of dealing with this jerk. This was at 9:30am I'll never go there again. Verizon should pull this store operation license. I'm disgusted. The Victor store took care of me quickly and pleasantly.
