  Waited an Hour just to ask basic questions with consideration that there were two other people waiting as well for questions. I had a technical problem and wanted there expert help for back up data, since a couple years ago Verizon offered it. The lady knew how long I waited and just flat out said nothing they can do, didn’t even ask around, I asked about trading just to be able to get a working phone today, she said she has doesn’t access to how much I owe so can’t upgrade until I pay off and she has no idea when that s. That’s a literal joke, imagine that I’m out of my phone and go to the provider and they tell they have no idea how to help me upgrade. I had to leave work to deal with this pressing matter and this store treated me like I was a bother with an irrelevant concern, rather than a customer for over 10 years. Ridiculous customer service here, no consideration for people’s time and energy. Not to mention as I’m asking questions to try to solve this, she gets up as I’m asking her something and completely helps someone else with back towards me, as in we’re done. Seriously Rude. Do not recommend this place for Verizon

  Staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Anthony took his time to get me the best possible deal while helping me with a separate phone issue. Highly recommend this location!

  Been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. Went into the patchogue store this morning to ask them to replace a phone charging cable that I purchased from them two months ago. Horrible customer service. We spend about $300 a month on their wireless service and have a pending fios install for another $200 a month. Found it unbelievable that they would not replace a cable purchased in their store two months ago. Next stop is t mobile to move my wireless plan and then stay with optimum for cable and internet. Your decision is going to cost your company about $6000 a year in revenue
