He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to optimize my entire home setup in minutes. He didn't just sell me a package; he actually listened and gave me the most efficient solution for my needs. It’s clear he knows the industry inside and out. Amazing service—Victor is the man!

It's now 5 days PASSED the expected day, and can I get ahold of anyone? Absolutely NOT. Tried signing in. They tell me my login info is this, then I go to type it in, and they then say it's not. I've done this about 30 times, just going back and forth like an insane person. Cox, if you don't want my business..just say so. But since you guys are the ONLY internet providers to MY address, I can't get the damn service. I can't do a new account because my address has already been used, and I still can't use my old info cause it keeps insisting that the info YOU'RE giving isn't correct. So now I have NO entertainment because of this stupid bull crap right here. What's the damn point of a phone IF NO ONE ANSWERS!?!? Does the chat AI help? NO IT HAS NO IDEA WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT..and of course you can't get an actual person. Flipping outrageous
