- KKKumukusayDec 7, 20251.0Very bad experience with Debbie. The router i got from cox is old and i am not getting the speed based on my data plan so i ask her if i can get a newer wifi router. I was trying to explain her my concern but she keep interrupting me while I'm talking like she already know about everything. She gets aggressive with her responses and talks to me like i do not understand what i am asking for. I mentioned about discount if I downgrade my data plan since i am not getting the correct speed and she said "what discount are you talking about" adding "cox never give discount, we call it promotion" making me look like stupid. In my knowledge cox call it "PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT". Debbie only listen to herself thinking she know everthing about my concern so i gave up dealing with her. I was asking for a newer router but Debbie doesn't seem to understand that there are different kinds of router so I ask her to just replace the router whatever she have in mind. I ended up getting the same old router with a dirty twisted power cord unsafe to use. I called their office about my experience and Brian/Bryan assisted me well with all my concern. Brian replaced my router with a newer one. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DEBBIE.
