- RGRobert Gomez3 days ago5.0Universally, I think most people who end up going into the store are there because they couldn’t get the help they needed online. So by the time people are waiting in line, they’re usually already a little frustrated about having to be there. That said, after patiently waiting, I was greeted by the representative Anna (or “Ana,” as she pronounced it), and she helped me get everything taken care of quickly and professionally. The manager, Erin, also stopped by to check in and make sure I was having a good experience. Both of their personalities really made the visit memorable. What could have been a frustrating errand ended up being a genuinely positive interaction. I left feeling taken care of and I’m definitely a happy Cox customer.
