From their stupid kiosk to sign in (they think their an apple store) to all the employees standing around. Good god, all we needed to do was pick up some new boxes and we waitied for an hour. Place is a joke. They have no clue....

I went in on Saturday to pick up a new modem for my new apartment and confirmed its for my new address, but somehow the modem was scanned to my old address instead. That immediately shut off my old modem and left me without internet at both addresses all weekend. I tried fixing this through chat support, but they couldn’t figure it out, so I had to wait until Monday just to talk to someone who could actually help. On top of that, my boyfriend—who is an authorized user on the new account—was told by Aden that he couldn’t pick up a Contour box for the TV, even though another location said it was totally fine since he was just picking it up. This whole situation was frustrating and completely avoidable, and it ended up wasting my entire weekend. Overall, very unhappy with how this was handled.
