  Debbie was absolutely amazing I was so unorganized and she was extremely patient I forgot my credit card and money she waited for me I bought 2 mobiles and accessories from her she called services for me because I didn’t know what to do thank god for Debbie as I never seen her here before she’s amazing patient and professional thank you Debbie!!!

  Debbie was amazing! We wanting looking to get internet in our home for school purposes and she helped us right away. She told us all about the promo where you get a phone and 30 days of internet free for bundling which was perfect for us at this time. She was informative, kind and wonderful at explaining! Highly recommend

  The line never moves went in yesterday just to drop off equipment and someone ahead of me said she was there 2 hrs ... I was only there about 20 mins and decided to leave . It would help if you had a drop off desk for equipment. The agent spoke out of turn to justify that they are assisting with activations , I understand that ..but 2 hrs seems ridiculous to wait for a drop off . Maybe a kiosk do it yourself get a receipt and be on your way would be convenient , all that money you are charging your other loyal customers should have this place up beat and positive mode those long faces in there are not what I expect from Cox , it used to be high quality service .step up the quality just like your prices .

  There was only one person working there. The line was long. I left. Cox is ridiculous. It already took one hour to talk to 3 representatives just to cancel my service. They kept trying to sell me other services. I said no thanks. They stop responding, the rep disappeared, and then the last rep got upset and then put me on hold again. Then he finally came back after a few minutes and cancelled it. He was not happy about it. And he didn’t tell me that I can return the equipment at UPS with a return label. So I wasted more time coming to the store, and it’s the same long wait. Now I have to call Cox again tomorrow to get a return label and waste more time. Update: Cox does NOT provide return label anymore. That means I would have to pay for shipping. Even worse, I asked Cox for a shipping address, the rep gave me another local store address. I said, then I could drop it off there, but then I would have to wait another hour. If I pay UPS to drop it off, then UPS doesn’t have to wait an hour? This is extremely crazy. They are making it hell for us just to return the equipment. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And my service was interrupted many times. There are other internet providers out there now. Thank goodness. Beware. Do your research. I don’t recommend this company.
