Told me I would have service, no reason there should be any problem. Wrong again. I’m a calm guy, but the outright dishonesty and lack of care by these people is astonishing. If they did not have a monopoly on service they would be out of business. I truly cannot think of a worse company than Cox or TimeWarner when it comes to customer service and raking their customers over the coals. I guess I’ll do starlink or whatever, it’s the principle.
