  It's "hit or miss" with this place. Sometimes there are workers waiting to immediately help, other times it can be a waiting of an hour or more. I'd say to avoid Monday mornings and weekends.

  Cox is the worst! They provide terrible, overpriced internet, and don't even provide retention discounts anymore, they just keep jacking up their prices. They have a monopoly on most parts of Las Vegas so they can get away with it. Horrible phone/chat customer service. I'm switching to AT&T Internet Air, it's way cheaper and has unlimited data

  One word SLOW! Seems like these people are tired or something because dropping off equipment should not take this long …. At all

  Ana did a great job taking care of my internet transfer from another state and connecting my new phone service. She offered every deal that was possible and gave me good options to choose from. Amazing work, thank you. The rest of the staff were also very nice. Overall great experience

  I came to drop off a router after an upgrade. There was a gaggle of 4 employees holding their tablets just gossiping for 10 minutes while I waited for my name to be called. This is terrible customer service. Since they don't have to help someone, they choose not to.
