  I can't speak enough for how great Iris was throughout the process of getting my internet and mobile services set up. I really appreciated her follow up and ensuring that everything I needed got done in a very timely manner. I cannot emphasize enough how much I feel she went above and beyond what would normally be expected. Thanm you again!

  Andre is the man! He gets 5 stars. He’s good at multitasking. The printer was down from a recent renovation , so he couldn’t get me a receipt.I will follow up if I need help I was told the credit bureau will have an update in 5 business days to clear out the collection. I wasn’t able to get a receipt due to the lack of printer. But I did photograph my updated account on the iPad and took photos of the equipment I turned in. Thank you for all that you did to help me Andre and thank you I’m impressed with Andre. The wait did take a long while. That’s one reason for the 4 stars and the fact that there was no printer available and I’m not the only customer who needed it. This place stayed busy, even as a wrote the review. Your team is great Cox. They could use more help

  Went to the Cox location on Craig road . Was greeted by Diamond. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient and answered any questions we had.

  I was so excited to get a new iPhone, I have been waiting 7 years and went to the store to get it activated. What was disappointing to me as a manager is that the associate that was trying to help me kept asking others for help including the Asst Mgr, who I see gets rave reviews.. All of them seemed to have 1 word answers for him and did not even acknowledge me as a guest. He asked one man several times, questions and obviously was needing help and this person was not only not going to provide the help needed but did not even look at him in the face or me.. I not only have Cox network but have all of the channels they offer and now telephone as well.. My bill is now over $300 a month.. as much as car payment could be... The manager did come out of the back and get us on the right track and thank goodness for that or I may still be there trying to get my phone going.. This experience reminded me that as a manger of a team that we have newer people and expect them to be able to assist guests in a timely and guest friendly manner and create a great experience, not only when selling but also when servicing..and when we acknowledge that they are having difficulty with this task or others, we MUST step in and make it a memorable for the right reasons ... I absolutely hate giving these reviews because as a manager, I hate receiving them.and prefer giving rave reviews... but I truly felt sorry for the guy, he genuinely wanted to help me and no one would help him do that...
