  Mason was exceptional tonite. Not often that I write theae reviews I find it rare to get great service anywhere today so it really shined through for me. I had a complex issue that he patiently walked me through and filled in info for me that I should have been able to. I had to walk out in the middle of our setup to take an upsetting call and he didnt miss a beat. Every business needs more Mason's today! I'm telling everyone I know what a great experience I had at cox. Set up my equipment already and everything he promised came to be true. Thank you!

  The store itself is great, but there were kids playing around in there blasting loud and annoying music on the iPhones for fun. We came in there because our new apartment had someone else's router left in there. The guy in there said "I suggest leaving it there." I was absolutely confused, but I went with it.

  We came in for a simple cable box pickup. Instead, the representative assisting us, Mason, immediately launched into aggressive upselling—pushing a phone line that my stepson clearly stated multiple times he did not want and did not need. Despite repeated refusals, Mason continued pressing the sale. At one point, my stepson looked to me for input, and Mason responded by asking, “Well, is she in control of your finances?”—an unprofessional and completely inappropriate remark that added unnecessary discomfort to the interaction. The situation became far more concerning when my stepson, a veteran, mentioned he had signed up through GovX and asked about any applicable military promotion. Mason responded by saying he had “no clue what that is,” made no effort to find out, and dismissed the question entirely—even after it was clearly explained that it related to military/veteran status. Then, in a moment that was both shocking and completely unacceptable, Mason looked at me and said: “So what, do you have PTSD or something from us?” Let me be very clear: making flippant comments about PTSD to a veteran and their family is not only inappropriate—it is offensive, disrespectful, and demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and judgment. We took the equipment and left immediately. This is not just poor customer service—this is a failure in training, awareness, and basic respect. Between the aggressive sales tactics, the dismissive attitude toward a veteran benefit, the inappropriate comment about finances, and the unacceptable PTSD remark, this interaction crossed multiple lines. Veterans deserve respect. Customers deserve professionalism. We received neither.

  Walked in with dad to store, person was waiting at counter and there was a gentleman helping someone at a table. Came in sat stuff on counter. Was not greeted by first employee at all. 2nd employee comes out acknowledging person at counter and not even looking around the room. He helps the gentleman at the counter moves counters, still w/o looking at us, then comes over not acknowledging the other woman who had walked in behind me while he was helping the first gentleman. Also dont forget the guy at the table who also has not acknowledged anyone who had walked in. THEN a 3rd gentleman walks out from the back. Where has customer service gone?
