I ordered a pod on March 9th, the order went through, I am being charged $129 and I do not have the POD! I called and asked them to refund this and I was told no, I had to wait for the equipment to arrive. So it could be 30 days, it could be 60 days, who knows....they sure don't. DO NOT use Cox. Avoid them at all costs.

Months later while checking my credit score, I find out that Cox has sent me to collection. Turns out an employee at this location had signed me up for services without my consent and I was getting billed. When I didn’t pay the bill for a service I didn’t even know I was signed up for, Cox sent me to collection. I brought my concern to this location and they can’t do anything about it because it’s already in collections. Do not sign up with Cox and do not trust this location.
