- CRCele ReDec 3, 20251.0Employee named Joseph who is Bilingual was very unprofessional. My mother who is Spanish speaking and is disabled went in around 10am to pay a bill in cash. She was told in Spanish “how the hell do you not know how to type in your name in a tablet but own a phone”. She felt humiliated and didn’t receive an Apology after she informed him of her disability. This same employee had the audacity to try to get her to sign up for a new plan to lower her bill which she refused.

The associate tried to upsell me to a higher speed plan which I declined repeatedly. When I went home and the router would not connect, I called the support team and found out the associated changed my plan anyway. I lost my promotional pricing and have been fighting with them to get what I signed up for ever since. Hopefully that guy's commission bump was worth me losing hundreds of dollars a year. Don't order from them if you can help it. If you have to use them, watch them like a hawk and get ready to fight. The service is also spotty and vastly slower than they claim.
