It was a simple transaction but turned out that you need your DNA just to exchange items. It's their policy they say. Im canceling all services with this company, gladly joining some were else.

The thing that pushed me over the edge was them forgetting to inform me that I would have to pay for every day. I didn't bring my modem in after I was done with their services. You should be transparent with how much your services cost!
