  Misinformation, services not requested/discussed being added, and overall rudeness. Went in to pick-up a router/modem that I was told by multiple people I wouldn't be charged for. When I went in, they told me there would be a rental fee. When I tried to ask questions about what equipment I needed, I was told he "doesn't know and can't tell me." I took the equipment and later discussed with another Cox associate at a different location and was reassured there was no rental fee. The next day I received a notice that a charge was applied to my account still, and it was for Cox Complete Care which wasn't mentioned to me, asked about, and definitely not agreed to.

  Stay away from these guys! They are the bottom of barrel company in town and I am glad I got to break my relationship with them after three years. I signed up with t mobile home internet for $35.00 a month and I know Cox will never match that price. It is a blessing that better ISP's are coming into the Omaha area and hopefully they will be out of Omaha soon. All they do is rip off people and steal their money for low end internet service.

  Save ur money guys just trying to let u know these guys are horrible all cox are if u miss a payment on a wifi they charge fee and double the money of wifi for not paying the month plus they charge u the second because they give u time it's not fair charging 144 turning to 177 right after u pay off ur late fee and payment I changed to a different company which I recommend u guys go for it cheap and better with wifi 7 it gonna go to WiFi 8 in the future and it's unlimited go to t mobile just letting u save money cox they come to ur home with out telling u send some to pick ur cox that ur supposed to bring them they went to my home my brother told me why would u send some to pick it up and then charge me 377 dollar for the equipment which they took already without telling me and then charging me 478+ after plz don't recommend cox for everything there awful company plus scamming us for there prices and fee and double pricing

  I absolutely hate cox! I pay nearly $400 a month for my stuff to randomly decide to not work. The best they can do is send a technician in a few days. I’ve been with them for awhile and have went back and forth with other companies. They’re a ripoff!!!!!’ They were the only ones available in our area when we moved here but thank goodness there are other options available now. I HATE COX AND HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 3 years!
