- CMChristopher McfarlandOct 19, 20241.0Tech didn’t really have to do much since the previous owner had nextlink so the satellite dish and wiring was already installed. But it still took them 4.5 hours to get everything going and setup. Setup a plan for 100 mbps but ended up only getting 75 mbps and I’m paying for the 100 mbps plan. Tech was really friendly and kept me notified about what was happening, but the Wi-Fi isn’t the greatest and the installation fee was a little excessive.

- JJJacksonSep 22, 20241.0Posted a not so nice review so here is the an update. Support team really do their best. The towers are not good. Feel bad for the techs at this point, even they were frustrated. Good people, not good internet sadly. Last straw was getting locked out of my account for months, which never got resolved. Been a customer for years, put up with terrible connections, long phone calls, and muliple tech visits that didn't help for way to long. Defiantly would not recommend.
