  I want to leave feedback about the service at this Verizon location. The experience was very disappointing. There were multiple employees around one customer, yet I was approached only when it seemed convenient. Staff repeatedly walked away for long periods and assisted other customers instead. The service felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location. Verizon should either improve customer service standards or provide better staff training.

  I went into this location looking to buy a Google Pixel phone it's about $1,500 phone I spoke to a person in there and gave them my information person comes back and say they're worked out a package My initial question was just how much it was going to be for the phone and this person kept trying to get me to take a package that included internet and I kept telling the person where I live my internet is provided it's included in my rent I don't need it in it All I wanted was the phone if a customer tells you they don't want something why do you keep trying to pressure them into getting it and telling them well you can get it today you can bring it back tomorrow that's that's a waste of my time having to come bring something back that I didn't want very disappointed with Verizon I've been a customer with Verizon for over 15 years and I never really believed what other people were saying about how Verizon service had got bad until I experienced it today myself I might be looking for another place too provide my service through

  GREAT experience!! Jaelyn, the assistant manager, helped us and I consider myself lucky! I would give her 6 stars if I could. Fast! Professional! And she was so nice!!!! Answered all my questions, got exactly what I wanted and I left with a bill that was $60 cheaper per month!! Passed another Verizon to come to this one and I'm so glad I did!!
