I've called multiple times and have had multiple people came out and replaced routers or just straight up said vyve throttles the internet. Don't advertise 1gb/s service if you don't provide 1gb/s service. Absolutely atrocious internet provider and can't wait to switch off.

I can post this review because I'm using my iPhone hot spot WHICH IS FASTER THAN THEIR GIG SERVICE!!!!!!
