Being new to the area and never hearing Vyve, I was skeptical on how good the service would be. I was pleasantly surprised in fact I am quite impressed at the high level of service and promptness in resolving issues. Customer service is always friendly and helpful.

The tech turned my cable off and upgraded my internet. I believe his name was Adrian. He did a great job and even made a recommendation that saved me additional $ and I still am still paying much less than I was.

They send texts day before that internet will be out for five hours the next day during business hours. I work from home and look incompetent. It’s ridiculous. I’m supposed to present today on something I’ve worked on for a month in a virtual meeting. Told the day before I won’t have internet. Unacceptable

I’ve been having problems with my internet connection off and on for a while, but the last two days I’ve lost connection numerous times so I unplugged everything to see if that would help it didn’t. Called Vyve this morning and talked to a gentleman who was awesome. He reset everything with his computer and as of right now it’s working great. Great customer service with this gentleman and thankfully I could understand him because he spoke plain English
