He programmed everything for us. He also mentioned an internet and streaming services that are saving us about half of Spectrum and includes Netflix. Needless to say, I left a very happy person! Thank you, Chase! Y'all gotta go see him!
- 777evenSep 5, 20251.0"I am writing to report an extremely negative experience at this store. I placed an online order for two phones to be shipped to this location for in-store pickup. Upon my arrival, an associate named Reggie informed me that my order could not be picked up because, according to him, the store was unable to receive the delivery. I have strong reason to believe this was false. It appeared to be a deliberate attempt by the staff to keep the phones, presumably to resell them for a store profit and to gain a commission. The associates at this location seem to be motivated only by potential commissions rather than customer service. This behavior is unacceptable and dishonest. I will be filing a formal report about this incident today, as I consider this conduct to be a form of theft."
