  We’re just getting to start the onboarding process with Townsquare, but so far the experience has been great. Their team has been professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the informational meeting and we are getting ready for the onboarding process next week. They’ve taken the time to answer our questions and make everything easy to understand. We’re excited to continue working with them and see the results from their marketing efforts for our business.

  Dakota was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The onboarding and setup process for our business has been smooth so far, and we’re excited to move forward with Townsquare.   STOP & READ THIS. Avoid this company like a plague. They’re scammers who lie to you to get you sign up, sounding great on the phone, but those reviews across every platform like BBB, Yelp, Glassdoor, trust pilot, even on Reddit, are true. They don’t refund or let you out of 6 month agreement. $400 a month for nothing. I found the bad reviews just a week after signing before my onboarding call, and asked for references from satisfied clients, since they claim to have 25,000, they refused. “Said they’re not going to reach out to their client & bother them in the middle of a workday for references,” I asked even just to send an email asking if I could reach out to them, but no. It was clear they’re hiding something. Then they also said the bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp are there because they don’t pay them to get rid of them??? Lying again. The second you question them, their reviews online, or doubt their services it’s like a flip of switch with customer service. They just argue with you about all the reviews online saying they’re all fake. They refuse to provide references. They use Duda instead of Wordpress claiming it’s superior, it’s not. Something in my gut said to beware of this company. I’m sure glad I was right. Do not sign with them unless you don’t value your business

  I’ve really tried to give Townsquare a chance. I’ve been using them for 4 months now. I originally stated using them because they told me time and time again 2-3 months and I would be on the top of Google. It’s month 4 and I’m lower and ranking lower than before. From my personal experience I don’t believe it’s worth it. I don’t generate enough work from them to even cover my monthly fee to them so feels like I’m trapped. Just wanted to share my insights. The picture I posted shows my dashboard. I’ve got 12 lifetime submissions and 90% are scam
