    I’ve been working with this company for a month, and I can’t express how much of a headache it has been. The website took an entire month to go live after I had already paid, and even once it was up, I found mistake after mistake. I’ve had to go back and forth with them constantly. For example, I asked them to correct an error where they listed my suite number as 1 instead of 12. Instead of fixing it, they just deleted the suite number entirely. If they’re making mistakes on things I can clearly see, I can’t imagine the quality of the things I can’t see like ads or SEO. I do not recommend this company. The sales team knows what they’re doing, but once the sale is made, you’re just another number. Update***** This is what they’ve decided to do now. I honestly don’t understand if they just don’t check their work. This has turned into a complete nightmare.

    Was talked into signing up with them, one week later before we even did anything to get started I asked them to cancel and they said they would cancel and I’d get a refund, but NO REFUND, the salesperson I spoke with blocked my number so I can not call or text him, I spoke with other members by calling townsquare direct and they said they will not refund my money because of the principle or me “signing up” and then canceling a week later. I asked them if getting a bad review was worth the $375 they took from my account and they basically said “yes, it’s the principle of it”. Whatever that means. So them getting $375 of my money was more important that being a good reputable company with good customer service

    I am a small business owner with very limited budgeting for marketing that doesn’t have an ROI. I was approached by Townsquare with a selling point of being a partner and driving contacts and leads so that the ROI will be more immediate. My salesperson encouraged me to at least keep the partnership for 60 to 90 days to really see traction. After 60 days I had zero contacts to any add or my website. I gave it until 90 days with no improvement and the. Called to cancel. I stated to the cancellation team that I cannot continue to afford to invest with zero ROI and I needed to cancel. The company talked me into a “free” month and more adjustments to try to get more traffic. I specifically told them to call me to review this prior to any additional charges as my intent was to cancel. I have it another 30 days in February and again there has been zero customers over 4 months that have reached out. I woke up at 6:00 am on February 28th prior to the month end and they had already charged my account. I immediately called them which was on a Saturday expecting and requiring a refund. I called again this morning and was told I’m sorry you didn’t contact us early enough and it is our POLICY that we cannot refund. I asked for additional levels of management to review my situation but I was told it does not matter who I speak to the policy is the policy. I hate to do a poor review on anyone as I am very sensitive to how that can impact my business if done to me, but I wanted anyone considering this company to see that is the level of execution, support, and partnership that they are providing to us as small businesses. I am very disappointed and hope to see a public response to why the situation had to escalate to this

    It was such a pleasure speaking with Nicole today, she gave me details in a clear precise way and definitely calmed my anxiety by answering every concern and she didn’t at all take it personal when I asked if this was a scam! Lol! I know that everything she explained is 100% true because I researched it prior to our conversation but I needed that additional hand to help set it off, and she did just that!! I believe with all my heart that townsquare Interactive is definitely the way to go!
