    I knew right away when Gateway came to the neighborhood, that I would sign up with them as soon as I could… As I had had nothing but troubles for years and years with the cable company! Not only was it next to impossible to reach a live human being at the other guys… They were usually in some foreign country and could barely speak English… And rarely did they ever say the same thing that the technician would say when they came out to fix the problem! Gateway has been an absolute breath of fresh air compared to what we have dealt with previously. Just to give you an example, this week the gateway system has been intermittent and having issues, but due to a third-party software problem that was not gateway‘s fault. Even though this was not gateways doing, the president and CEO of the company sent out a link to everyone that was affected… Explaining what had happened, and that as a gesture to show how important their customers are to Gateway, they are applying a credit to everyone’s account at over 20% of that months bill! Now I can tell you, that has never ever happened with the cable company… And the only way to get any kind of a credit from the cable company, was to call, fight through their automated AI system, and eventually get to a human being that barely speaks English and argue with them about getting a credit app applied to your account. All I can say is… Way to go Gateway!!! Thank you, Chris!!!

    Unreal. Never had internet go down like this. I've lost yet another entire day of work because of their inability to keep thier service up. Good service when it works but when they're down it's down for a ridiculous amount of time. I'm on the verge of going back to spark light at least they can keep their service up.

    Today we broke from the cable for Gateway Fiber! What a big difference between the two. No more pixelated tv, dropped internet or landline calls with interference. Our installer was Cortney who went above & beyond to make sure the best location option to bring Gateway Fiber connection into our home. It wasn’t easy for him either with a crawl space extension on our home. (No we didn’t go into the crawl space) Gateway has a great knowledgeable installer in Cortney!! Thank you for moving it to a more accessible place Cortney!

    I had Courtney come out to the house and not only addressed where spectrum could’ve put my modem and router for better connection but even helped set it up for less lag in my home for better coverage! He addressed all my concerns and even helped show me how I can set up the app and when my first bill would come. Left not only his number but his supervisor if I had any questions. This is such an upgrade from working with spectrum and I hope the service is the same.

    Gateway Fiber does not respect those property on which they install their equipment. They tied into a box in my yard to run fiber down to a new development. They blasted clay and rock all over my driveway and vehicles when doing their trenching work. The check on the white car had barely cleared the bank and there were literally rocks on the windshield and hood. I was at home, I would have been perfectly happy to move my vehicles if they were not capable of screening off their work area. They left a crater next to the box that is a hazard. The patch work they did in my yard is horrible. Their fill is full of rocks that keep washing out, and they replanted no grass. On the other hand; Spectrum tied in and ran through my yard also and you can’t tell they were ever here…. I called Gateway to report this. They told me they would have it fixed and I haven’t heard from them since. It’s been months. Gateway has no class apparently.
