  Brandon with Gateway Fiber was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the installation was done neatly, and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. You can really tell he cares about doing quality work and making sure customers are happy. The entire setup process was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. Gateway Fiber is lucky to have Brandon on their team, outstanding service all around!

  Everyone I have interacted with so far has super kind and helpful, especially Chanze who set up my router. Communication through text has made it easy to set up appointments that work with my schedule, and all the Gateway Fiber employees I have interacted with have made the switching internet providers hassle as easy and painless as possible. I especially appreciate the fixed rate Gateway offers, since Spectrum would just keep increasing my bill every year. Thank you guys!

  Awful customer service. I set an appointment a week in advance in a neighborhood that they are already servicing. They came out, said THEY screwed up their mainline and it would take 3-5 days to fix. I heard nothing for 5 days, I called in and now the rep tells me its going to take 11-15 days before they get the line fixed before they can even schedule our line to be installed. Total joke of a company.

  I was happy with the service, until there was an issue. We got home and we had no Internet service. We called the tech support line at 4:15 and said it was down. They said they'd send a tech and call back. Well, at 6 my wife called back and the techs had gone home and they asked about availability for the next day. Like I should have to take time out of my day because thier tech failed. Im sure there won't be anybody here tomorrow. On our ring it shows a Gateway fiber truck on our street this afternoon, but they said they didn't know about any issues. Im sure they did something to interrupt our service. It's just frustrating when a company says they'll do something and then don't do it.

  I'm giving a 2 star because I love the speed 1 terabyte and the price. What my wife and I absolutely hate is that we have had this internet service for a year now and had to call 3 times within the year because we haven't had internet that would last for days. I need it for my job at home to submit my timesheets and my boys need internet to get school projects done. I called on April 11th because my son said that the internet was out. I called tech support and they said they would come out on Monday to fix the problem. Well it's Monday April 13 almost 1 in the afternoon and still no internet. I have to count on 5G and burn up our Consumer Cellular 5G phone data. This is always a problem. Plus their excuse is that no one works on the weekends. Well guess what stores, gas stations, hospitals, schools, restaurants, electricians, plumbers, home contractors are out sevicing homes. Other businesses are able to service people on the weekends, so there should absolutely never be an excuse for someone to not come out on a weekend to service their coustomers especially when it comes to their internet. So with all of that said they have until today or we are going to switch to a different provider. And I don't care if it's thunder and lighting out in Minnesota today. They have today even if it's severe weather.
