Communication, awareness, cleanliness was overall very good. they seen that I had a white rug and they removed their shoes at the door. It was amazing when he disconnected me from Spectrum and connected me with Gateway fiber and I turned the TV on and there was absolutely no changes to my set up. Thumbs up guys
