- DMDallas Mehlhoff4 days ago1.0Reign in your sales reps. It’s incredibly rude and disrespectful to knock on someone’s door when there is a clearly posted “No Soliciting” sign. What made this experience even worse was the rep acknowledging the sign—and then continuing to ignore it and push their pitch anyway. That level of disregard for basic boundaries is unacceptable. On top of that, they tried to sell me on a “1-month trial,” which—based on responses from Gateway Fiber in other reviews—doesn’t even appear to be a legitimate offer. That raises serious concerns about honesty and consistency in your sales practices. If this is how your company operates, it reflects very poorly on your professionalism. Do better.

The signal is good on the same floor where the router is. I will need an extender on the 2nd floor. They had to set up a 2nd appointment to deliver/install an extender. Customer service is only M-F 8-5 so it took a while to get the initial issues resolved.

Internet service is intermittent and wifi signal is poor but I can't solve the problem because this company is impossible to get a hold of. Extremely dissapointed and would strongly recommend any other service provider.
