For being his first install Seabram did beautiful work. Fantastic team, would happily have them both back for any additional work and would highly recommend them to anyone getting Gateways service installed in their home. There also has not been any notifications for the outages. Ive tried four times to get a response on this and either was on hold far too long when I called or haven’t received a response back for the surveys and support requests I’ve submitted. I was really happy at first but the poor communication and unreliable internet is forcing me to switch providers.

Once on-site, Mustafa did an outstanding job installing our new internet modem. He was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain setup, ensured everything was working perfectly before he left, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. We really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Gateway Fiber is fortunate to have someone like Mustafa on their team. Highly recommend!

My technician Will was amazing and walked around my home to get the best place to install the cables. He answered all my question and didn’t mind the dogs barking like crazy. Very professional and cleaned up the mess from cutting the hole to place the outlet. I even had some issues that was a simple fix and he contacted me back right away and got it taken care of. The speed is great and better than what I had. Would definitely recommend.
