  Mohammed A. Did an outstanding job of explaining how everything was going to work from start to finish. He did a wonderful job walking me through the router setup and help me install the Plume App and in about a minute or so all my devices started coming online. I can’t thank Mohammed enough for getting job.

  Fast, when it works! In the last year we’ve probably lost connection in our entire neighborhood about 50 times. There just always seems to be random loss of internet during business hours. But hey, we got a $20 credit last month! 🤣 I had USI fiber in minneapolis for 3 years and never once lost connection. Gateway has some work to do. Going to have to find a new provider because it’s too unreliable when working from home and presenting in meetings, etc.

  Sebrom came out to get us connected to our new fiber internet from gateway. He was literally the best tech I’ve had come to my house for anything. His communication was amazing, he was very polite, took his shoes off at the door. And he did an amazing job on the install. I needed the ONT in a little different spot than where he was thinking it would go. And he had no issues with the change. If you get Gateway in the St. Paul suburbs, you’ll be lucky to get Sebrom. The service is great as well, G up and 1G down. It’s amazing!

  Completely unreliable service for months. Internet goes down multiple times day and night for several minutes to many hours. It is impossible to depend on while working from home. Gateway seem to be unable to fix the problem. They sent a tech out to verify the local connection equipment and found nothing wrong. It was determined their service provider is not able to provide a consistent connection. I would strongly recommend using a different internet service provider. I will be changing back to my previous cable company very soon.

  The technician was supposed to come to my house at 10 am today and install my fiber. He arrived early, I got a call and missed it as I was still preparing my home. No one pulled into my driveway and no one knocked on my door. I was waiting to hear a car and never heard anything. Is it really that difficult to do that? I called and they let me reschedule to later today but I am seriously rethinking becoming a customer. The guy on the phone didn't seem to have an answer as to why no one actually was in my driveway, just that they called me, they parked in the street and that was all he told me. I have no clue where this guy actually parked because he would have blocked safe traffic flow. On top of that, back when they were laying the fiber, they wrecked lawns, left trash everywhere, and spilled tons of plastic waste into the street that I had to clean up myself. I'm not impressed. I'm attacking photos where you can clearly see no deep snow marks in the fresh snow (my foot prints indicate there would be those marks if a car has come through), and all the mess they made during the summer install.
